In response to the call for humanitarian assistance to ensure a continuous electricity supply in Ukraine, the company SIA "Riga Water" has donated seven electric generators. This initiative was reported by the Riga City Council. On Monday, the generators were handed over to representatives from the charity organization "Ziedot.lv" as well as to representatives from Ukraine. The donation aims to support the charitable project "Together with Ukraine in thoughts and deeds: Warmth to Ukraine from Latvia". These electric devices will be crucial for providing power to critical infrastructure in the Kyiv region, with the largest unit being a six-ton portable diesel generator with a power output of 300 kilowatts.
