The Joinville Faz Bem 2026 award, inspired by individuals, projects, and initiatives that make Joinville a better place to live, has opened public voting for its nominees across eight categories. The initiative encourages community engagement, allowing residents to recognize and celebrate those who contribute positively to their environment.

Voting commenced on the 175th anniversary of Joinville and will remain open until the end of April, exclusively through the g1 Santa Catarina platform. Each category features three finalists selected from numerous public nominations, reflecting a diverse range of efforts within the community, including those in culture, education, sports, and environmental efforts.

A notable change this year is the increased public involvement in the selection of nominees, with a voting system that allows participants to cast multiple votes. This approach not only enhances community participation but also emphasizes the importance of local recognition, ensuring that the contributions of residents are acknowledged and celebrated.
