Her passion for baking began in her family kitchen in Karachi, where she honed her skills before moving to London at the age of 19 to study at the prestigious culinary school, Le Cordon Bleu. This experience laid a solid foundation for her future endeavors in the baking industry.

Before launching her current bakery, Jafri worked as head baker at the now-defunct museum café, Kafeteria at SMK, and later partnered with Quartz Mølle to run a micro-bakery named Høst in Ringsted. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience and knowledge, allowing her to create unique and delectable offerings that reflect both her cultural heritage and her training.
