On Sunday, Campo Grande will host an adoption fair for dogs that have been rescued from abusive situations. Organized by the Animal Welfare Superintendence (Subea) of the Campo Grande City Hall, this event runs from 9 AM to 12 PM at Praça Bolívia, located at the intersection of Rua das Garças and Aníbal de Mendonça. The fair is specifically focused on adult dogs who have suffered from mistreatment, highlighting the need for families to adopt these animals and provide them with loving homes.

At least eight dogs, all of whom have been assessed by veterinarians, will be available for adoption. Each dog has been vaccinated against several diseases, including rabies, and has been microchipped for identification purposes. Additionally, most of the dogs have been neutered, ensuring responsible pet ownership. The Subea team emphasizes that these animals exhibit gentle behaviors, making them well-suited for family life, and they encourage potential adopters to consider the companionship these dogs can bring to their homes.
