According to reports, the boy had been fishing before getting into trouble. Fortunately, he was primarily wet only from the waist down and was not in immediate life-threatening condition when he was found. The entire rescue operation commenced around 3:20 PM and concluded shortly after 4 PM, highlighting the swift response of emergency services in urban areas.
Once the rescue was successful, authorities ensured that the boy was safely returned to his home.
