Estonian women's ice hockey team won the home Division 3 B group World Championship

The Estonian women's ice hockey team achieved a clean sweep in the Division 3 B group tournament, securing promotion to the Division 3 A group for the next year.

The Estonian women's ice hockey team showcased an outstanding performance at the Division 3 B group tournament, emerging victorious without losing a single match. Their dominant play included a 9-0 defeat of the Philippines in the final game, where Aleksandra Stolyarova shined by scoring four goals. Other contributors included Noora Freija Ebber and Ksenia Sarko, each scoring twice, and Amalia Geller adding another. The standout player of the match was Uljana Jeggi, the goalkeeper, further accentuating the team's strong defensive play throughout the tournament.
