'Diário Di an ex-convict': Justice determines the retention of ticket sales for Nego Di's show
A Brazilian court has ordered the retention of up to R$ 7,266.40 from ticket sales for Nego Di's show to ensure debt payment.
A Brazilian court has ordered the retention of ticket sales for the show "Diário Di um ex detento," slated for March 14 in Biguaçu, Santa Catarina. The show features the popular influencer and comedian Dilson Alves da Silva Neto, known as Nego Di, who is 31 years old. This legal action aims to secure payment for an outstanding debt that is currently in the process of being executed.
The decision, issued by the 5th Special Civil Court of Porto Alegre on Monday (2), mandates the event platform Pensa no Evento to reserve and withhold ticket revenues up to a specified limit set by the court. This legal measure was taken after previous efforts to collect the debt proved ineffective, including an unsuccessful attempt to block assets via the Judiciary's Asset Search System (Sisbajud) against the beverage company Casa Dus Guris Comércio de Bebidas Ltda.
The bar "Casa dus Guri," in which Nego Di was a partner, ceased operations several months ago, which likely contributed to the debt situation. This court ruling highlights ongoing financial issues related to the comedian and serves as a warning to other entertainers about the potential legal consequences of unresolved debts ahead of their performances.
