This enforcement follows a 60-day period of guidance and adaptation, during which riders were informed about the new regulations regarding the use of these lanes. The fine for violators is set at R$ 293.47, with the new rules having taken effect on January 5, although no penalties were applied during the initial phase of the enforcement period.
