A survey conducted by the Piepoli Institute in collaboration with Conflavoro reveals that an overwhelming 94% of the entrepreneurs interviewed are informed about the forthcoming referendum on justice reform set for March 22 and 23, 2026. The majority of these entrepreneurs, approximately 90%, are also aware of the contents of the constitutional reform law that is the subject of the referendum. This indicates a significant level of engagement among the entrepreneur community regarding important legislative changes that potentially affect their operations and rights.
The survey involved 500 interviews with a representative sample of entrepreneurs and small to medium enterprises across various sectors including freelancers, self-employed workers, merchants, artisans, sales agents, and farmers.
