A tragic accident occurred on the RR-205 highway in Boa Vista, Roraima, where a pedestrian lost his life after being hit by a truck belonging to the State Secretariat for Labor and Social Welfare (Setrabes). The incident happened in the early morning hours of a Friday when the unidentified man attempted to cross the road. Eyewitnesses reported that the Setrabes’ truck was traveling towards Boa Vista when it struck the pedestrian, leading to a severe impact that caused the vehicle to veer off course and crash into the curb, subsequently encroaching into the opposite lane.
