Party survey by Opinia24. Poland 2050 loses the most
A new political party survey indicates a significant lead for the Civic Coalition, which increases its support while Poland 2050 sees a notable decline.
In the latest political party survey conducted by Opinia24, the Civic Coalition has emerged as the leading party among Polish voters, garnering 34.2% support. This marks an increase of 2.2 percentage points from the previous survey conducted in February, highlighting the Coalition's strengthening position in the political landscape. The survey indicates a solidified lead as the Civic Coalition's advantage over the second-placed Law and Justice Party has grown from 7.5 to 12.2 percentage points.
The Law and Justice Party (PiS) is seen to be losing ground, with only 22% of respondents indicating their intent to vote for them, a decrease of 2.5 percentage points since February's polling. This trend suggests a potential shift in voter preference, pointing towards growing dissatisfaction with the incumbent government. Meanwhile, the Confederation Freedom and Independence holds steady in third place, with a slight increase in support to 14.5%. This development reflects the diverse spectrum of political choice among Polish citizens, suggesting a dynamic electoral environment.
While the Civic Coalition's current lead signifies strong momentum, the survey also suggests that if elections were held today, although the party could celebrate victory, it might struggle to form a government due to the fragmented political landscape. Particularly notable is the decline experienced by Poland 2050, signaling possible challenges ahead for the party's future positioning within Polish politics.
