Tylman, a 26-year-old from Poznań, died in November 2015. If the court accepts the appeal, it could lead to a fourth trial regarding this case, which has already seen multiple judicial sessions. The third trial commenced in October 2024 and concluded with an acquittal in March 2025, where the District Court in Poznań found Adam Z. not guilty of murder with intent as pursued by the prosecution.
