On March 5, Russian drone attacks in central Kherson resulted in injuries to two civilians. A second attack followed at approximately 10:30, injuring a 70-year-old woman who experienced blast injuries and concussion after a drone strike. She sought medical help independently after the incident.

In addition to injuring civilians, the drone strikes also targeted civilian vehicles in the area. Reports indicated that three cars caught fire due to the attack, while another vehicle sustained damage.
