Russians attack Kherson Oblast with drones: six injured
Russian drone attacks in Kherson Oblast resulted in six injuries among residents, prompting local medical response.
On the morning of March 3, Kherson Oblast experienced drone attacks orchestrated by Russian forces, leading to injuries among six residents. The first attack occurred in the Dniprovskyi district at approximately 08:00, where a 64-year-old woman and a 59-year-old man suffered from blast injuries and acute stress reactions. They are currently receiving medical supervision due to the severity of their conditions.
Subsequently, at around 09:15, a second drone strike targeted two elderly women, aged 74 and 67, also in the same district. Both women were hospitalized with blast injuries and shrapnel wounds, indicating the destructive capacity of the drones used in these attacks. Their conditions have been classified as moderate, and they are undergoing treatment in local hospitals.
Additionally, the strikes extended to the village of Darivka, where a drone strike hit a vehicle, injuring a 66-year-old woman who suffered a concussion and blast injuries. This incident highlights the ongoing dangers faced by civilians in Kherson and underscores the increasing frequency of drone warfare in the conflict, drawing attention to the urgent need for international support and protective measures for those affected by the ongoing violence.
