From March 10 to 13, the Grana Padano Consortium will be featured at Foodex Japan, the largest trade fair in Japan dedicated to the agri-food sector. This event is a significant occasion for operators, buyers, and stakeholders in the food and beverage sector internationally. The participation is strategic for further strengthening the position of Grana Padano, which is the most consumed DOP (Denominazione di Origine Protetta) cheese in the world, particularly in a market like Japan that increasingly values quality, origin certification, and Italian culinary culture, recognized as a UNESCO heritage.

At this edition of the fair, several initiatives will be proposed to showcase the versatility of Grana Padano. Notably, at the dedicated space West Hall 4 FF-44, seminars will be held focused on the different aging of Grana Padano, led by cheese expert Yuko Sato. These seminars will provide participants with the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the cheese's characteristics, enhancing appreciation among Japanese consumers and stakeholders in the food industry.
