The request for the investigation will be backed by all members of the Democratic Party, and if approved, they plan to complete the investigation by April of the following year.

They also plan to hold a policy discussion on the 9th to explore legal remedies against the abuse of prosecutorial authority, suggesting that the use of the indictment cancellation system as outlined in the Criminal Procedure Act could be an appropriate solution.
