Authorities reported that the bodies of the deceased were discovered near Kalbalia Dhaar in the Nawgachiya police station area shortly after the incident. The news spread rapidly, drawing a crowd of local residents to the scene. Eyewitness accounts reveal that all three victims were friends from Bhaurakath village in the Padharah police station area of Khagaria district. The brother of the deceased Gulshan Kumar expressed that his brother and friends were celebrating Holi together when the shooting occurred, highlighting the shocking contrast between the festive occasion and the violent outbreak.
