[Pharmaceutical Bio News] Daewoong Pharmaceutical Introduces Employee Health Management Platform

Daewoong Pharmaceutical has launched an integrated employee health management platform called 'Biz 36.5', developed in collaboration with a digital health care company.

Daewoong Pharmaceutical, led by CEOs Lee Chang-jae and Park Sung-soo, has rolled out an employee health management platform named 'Biz 36.5'. This innovative platform is the result of a collaboration with digital healthcare company Danaadata and aims to streamline health management for employees. It integrates the previously existing health check-up reservation service with an AI chatbot solution, 'My Health AI Coach', enabling users to manage the entire process—from booking health examinations to receiving results and post-check-up guidance—all on one platform.

The features of 'Biz 36.5' are designed to make health management more accessible and informative. It simplifies the interpretation of health check-up results, offers personalized health information linked to professional content, and can connect users to expert consultations when needed. Additionally, the platform analyzes medical check-up results to suggest further tests or necessary monitoring, providing relevant healthcare institution information. It also includes a health bulletin board that shares examples of health-related policies, events, and partnership contents to keep employees engaged in their health journeys.

Lee Chang-jae, the CEO of Daewoong Pharmaceutical, expressed that the platform's inception was driven by the need to alleviate the inconvenience faced by employees who are unsure of how to manage their health after receiving examination results. He anticipates that instead of being mere numbers, the check-up data will facilitate meaningful changes in the health habits of employees. Ultimately, the aim is to foster an environment where all employees can concentrate on their work and grow without the worry of health issues.
