Two men were arrested on Wednesday (4) in Manaus, suspected of involvement in the murder of Davi Said Aidar, a professor at the Federal University of Amazonas (Ufam), which occurred in February this year. The crime took place inside the bar managed by the professor on the AM-010 highway in Manaus, and investigations indicate that it was planned by five individuals, with the mastermind currently at large. The police have not released specific details about the arrests, only disclosing the identity of one of the suspects, Antônio Carlos, known as 'TK'. He is alleged to have fired the shots that killed the university professor, while the second suspect was reportedly driving the getaway vehicle post-crime.
