According to Felipe Melazzo, president of Ademi-GO, the rise in property prices can be attributed to several factors including rising production costs and an increasing demand for real estate. He pointed out that the costs involved in producing new apartments have been steadily climbing, partly due to ongoing construction costs, a shortage of skilled labor, and stable land prices which have not seen a decline. These elements collectively push residential apartment prices upwards, intensifying the effects of market demand.
