The Municipal Agency for Entrepreneurship (AGE Petrolina) has opened registrations for the Vila do Empreendedor 2026, themed 'Women Who Shine.' This event is set to take place on March 25, from 5 PM to 10 PM, at the Cineteatro da Univasf and is organized in collaboration with Sebrae. Registration is free and will be open until March 11, 2026, with the in-person sign-up taking place at the AGE headquarters in Petrolina.

The program offers 15 slots for both formal and informal women entrepreneurs residing in Petrolina, with specific allocations for businesses in food and other general sectors. Notably, seven slots are reserved for those in the food industry, while eight are available for a broader range of business types. Participants must be micro-entrepreneurs (MEIs) with an active CNPJ or informal entrepreneurs looking to gain visibility in their business endeavors.

Those selected will receive a free space for displaying and selling their products at the event, aiming to promote female entrepreneurship in the region. This initiative underscores the importance of supporting women in business and entrepreneurship, paving the way for enhanced economic contributions and empowerment within the local community of Petrolina.
