On Tuesday evening, two men were found shot dead inside a Fiat Uno in the rural area of Ipecaetá, approximately 61 km from Feira de Santana. The victims, identified as 19-year-old Genivaldo da Silva Almeida and Ednei Oliveira Araújo, were neighbors and were reportedly cleaning the car, borrowed from a friend, when they were attacked around 6:20 PM. Family members indicated that Ednei had recently moved to the area from Salvador about four months ago.
