Johannes Erm, the Estonian decathlete and reigning European Champion in the decathlon, has decided to withdraw from the upcoming indoor World Championships scheduled for March 20-22. This decision was made in consultation with his medical team, as Erm is currently dealing with an injury to his hamstring which he sustained during training in February. He emphasized the importance of allowing himself proper recovery time to avoid further risk and ensure long-term health.
