The Federal Rural University of Amazonia (Ufra) is accepting applications for its 2026 entrance exam until Tuesday, with over 1,100 free spots in various fields of study across multiple campuses.
The Federal Rural University of Amazonia (Ufra) is currently accepting applications for its own selection process (Prosel) for the year 2026 until this Tuesday. The university is offering a total of 1,145 free spots across 43 undergraduate programs available in several campuses located in Belém, Capanema, Capitão Poço, Paragominas, Parauapebas, and Tomé-Açú. The admission process, which is free and conducted online, aims to provide greater access to education for students in the region.
This year, Ufra is implementing a flexible approach by allowing candidates to use their scores from the National High School Exam (Enem) from the years 2023, 2024, or 2025, giving them the opportunity to select the best performance for their admission process. This change is part of the university's efforts to increase the chances for students to secure a spot in their desired courses, which cover a wide range of fields including agricultural, biological, exact, human, and health sciences.
Ufra plans to publish the list of successful candidates once the application period concludes. Interested students must register through the SIGAA system and select the Enem score they wish to utilize for the selection. These measures reflect Ufra's commitment to enhancing educational access and providing valuable learning opportunities for prospective students in the Amazon region.
