On April 4th, Värske Rõhk will host a carnival at Von Krahli Theatre to celebrate the release of its 100th issue, during which it will announce its annual awards. The event will feature performances by award winners and DJs, complemented by a retrospective set performed by the techno poetry ensemble Juhan Liin.
