The dengue vaccination campaign commenced in Uberlândia, Brazil, on Monday, with an initial focus on healthcare professionals who are actively engaged in combating the disease. The local Health Department has confirmed that there have been 1,358 confirmed cases of dengue in the city, which has unfortunately resulted in at least one fatality. In light of these statistics, the municipality received 1,698 doses of the vaccine from the Ministry of Health to kick off the vaccination process.
