A key component of the event was the presentation of a new digital platform and the 'Diversity Sign', a certification system awarded to businesses that implement comprehensive diversity and inclusion policies, promote equal treatment, and combat discrimination.

The application platform for participating businesses was opened on Monday, March 2, 2023, at 1:00 PM, and will remain available until Monday, April 27, 2026, at 1:00 PM. However, it will close earlier if the maximum limit of 100 businesses that have successfully submitted their applications is reached. The exclusive digital participation allows businesses to demonstrate their commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment, which not only enhances organizational functioning but also boosts competitiveness and aligns with modern sustainability standards.
