Registrations in Primary Schools: The Function of the Platform has been Restored
The registration platform for first-grade students in Greece has resumed functioning after a temporary outage due to upgrades in the Citizens' Register.
The Ministry of Education, Religious Affairs, and Sports in Greece clarified that a recent outage of the registration platform for first-grade students was caused by an upgrade of the Citizens' Register. During this downtime, parents and guardians attempting to register their children saw a message indicating that the service was temporarily unavailable, preventing the completion of the registration process through the application "Registration to Kindergarten/1st Grade School." Officials assured that the platform would be operational once the upgrade was completed.
On the evening of Monday, March 2, the issue was resolved, and by 10:30 PM, the first-grade registration platform was back in full operation for parents looking to register their children. The urgency of this matter was underscored by the deadline for registrations and the importance of having a smooth process for parents navigating this crucial stage of their children's education.
In addition, the platform for Kindergarten registrations also resumed normal functioning on Tuesday, March 3, allowing families to complete their necessary applications after the brief period of disruption. This restoration is critical as it ensures that children can be enrolled in the educational system without further delays, maintaining the timelines for the academic year.
