How long will the spring weather last? Surprising forecasts for the beginning of March

Poland is expected to experience stable spring weather in the coming days, with temperatures exceeding 10 degrees Celsius in most regions.

March typically brings variable weather to Poland, but forecasts indicate a period of stable conditions with temperatures rising above 10 degrees Celsius across much of the country. Early next week, the nation is expected to split into two weather zones: while the western region enjoys sunny weather, the eastern parts will be cloudier but remain dry. Temperatures will range from a mild 15 degrees Celsius in the western provinces to a cooler 6 degrees in the northeastern area.

On Tuesday, the weather situation will see a significant divide, with the western and southern regions basking in warmth and sunshine, potentially reaching up to 15 degrees Celsius in places like Lubusz Voivodeship. Conversely, the eastern, northern, and central parts will experience overcast skies but are expected to remain dry throughout the day. The nighttime forecast shows temperatures dipping from -2 degrees in the south to around 1 degree in the north, indicating a chill in the air despite the daytime warmth.

On Wednesday, marginally lower temperatures are anticipated, ranging from 5 degrees in areas like Warmia and Mazury to 14 degrees further down south. The sky will likely remain mostly cloudy, with a chance of light rain in the mountainous regions to the south. The nighttime temperatures will again be quite low, from -3 in the center to 0 degrees in the northern parts of the country. Weather warnings have been issued by the IMGW for Tuesday and Wednesday regarding these temperature shifts, particularly in terms of potential frost overnight.
