Under the leadership of Talinna Tehnikaülikool (TalTech), Estonian research institutions have developed a plan to establish an international center of excellence for science and deep technologies in Estonia. This initiative, part of the European Commission's Teaming for Excellence program (TERA-Science), aims to enhance the level of Estonian science, grow new scientists and engineers, and bring cutting-edge knowledge and technologies associated with CERN into the Estonian economy.
