TJ-BA opens competition for judges with salaries over R$ 30 thousand
The Bahia Court of Justice has opened registrations for 100 substitute judge positions with a salary of R$ 31,975.77.
The Bahia Court of Justice (TJ-BA) has announced the opening of registrations for a competition for 100 vacancies for the position of substitute judge, with a competitive salary of R$ 31,975.77. This entry-level position is part of an initiative to increase judicial personnel and ensure the effective functioning of the judiciary in the state. The competition is organized by the GetΓΊlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), renowned for its significant role in public sector recruitment in Brazil.
Out of the total vacancies, 60 are available for open competition, while 30 are reserved for self-declared black candidates, along with others allocated for indigenous people, people with disabilities (PCD), and quilombola communities. This initiative aims to enhance diversity within the judiciary and ensure representation from various demographics in the application process, reflecting a broader commitment to inclusivity in public roles.
The selection process consists of five stages, including written and oral examinations, psychological evaluations, and an assessment of candidates' qualifications. The objective tests will take place in Salvador on May 24, and registrations started on April 2, allowing candidates to apply online through the FGV website. This initiative is expected to attract a wide range of participants, seeking to enhance the judicial capabilities of Bahia while adhering to modern standards of diversity and public service excellence.
