Aires Este Town Center, located in Nuevo Samborondón, is a significant development project involving an investment of $54 million, encompassing eight buildings designed for mixed use. These buildings will feature commercial spaces on the ground floor and offices on the upper floors, totals over 200 units and around 1,000 parking spaces, all constructed on a 35-hectare plot in the Batán sector, at the onset of León Febres Cordero Avenue.
The project's groundbreaking was officiated by executives from Ritofa Construcciones and Batán Proyectos Inmobiliarios, highlighting its potential to generate considerable employment opportunities, with direct jobs surpassing 700 and indirect jobs approaching 1,430. Giovanni Burgos, the commercial manager of Ritofa Construcciones, emphasized the company's commitment to meeting project deadlines and maintaining constant oversight on construction progress. The simultaneous commencement of construction and commercial launches is presented as a strategy to ensure customer confidence and investment security.
This development comes at a time when urban projects are increasingly being prioritized in Ecuador, aiming to stimulate the local economy and improve community facilities. The Aires Este Town Center is expected not only to enhance the local business landscape but also to attract more investment and revitalization in the region, potentially setting a precedent for future developments in Nuevo Samborondón.
