The construction is planned to take place adjacent to the Oro del Mar hotel and behind a supermarket, strategically positioning it within a bustling area of the town. With a projected construction period of 210 days, or approximately seven months, the center is expected to provide new employment opportunities and stimulate economic growth within the region. The financial investment for this initiative amounts to $422,829.75, reflecting a significant commitment to the development of local infrastructure.
