In a tragic incident in São Paulo, a pharmacy employee was killed during a robbery on Saturday morning. Around 1 AM, suspects entered the pharmacy in the Santana district, brandishing weapons and taking staff and customers hostage, as captured by security cameras. A police officer, aged 49, who was also present in the pharmacy, responded to the robbery, leading to a gunfight between him and the armed criminals.

During the altercation, the pharmacy employee was shot and, despite efforts to rush her to the hospital, she succumbed to her injuries.
