During the routine inspection, authorities intercepted 19 high-value electronic devices, including Apple smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, various Android gadgets, and slimming pens. Fortunately, no suspects were found at the scene during the operation.
The term 'descaminho' refers to the illegal entry or exit of goods without the payment of necessary taxes, as defined by Article 334 of the Penal Code. The seized items were transferred to the appropriate regulatory body for further administrative procedures related to asset forfeiture.
