In a shocking incident, a newborn baby boy was discovered abandoned in a cardboard box on the edges of the GO-463 highway in Caldazinha, in the Greater Goiânia area. The baby, who still had his umbilical cord attached, was found by police officers who were on patrol in the area. They noticed the box and, upon opening it, were stunned to find the infant inside, who was reported to be sucking on his arm at the time of rescue.
