A worrying situation has arisen for a group of 40 senior citizens from Pune who had traveled to Dubai for tourism. This group, which includes 13 members of the Gaikwad family from the Sangvi area, was supposed to return to India today but is now stranded due to sudden war-like conditions in Dubai, leading to numerous flight cancellations. Although they are currently safe, their families back home are anxious as reports of increasing attacks in Dubai have surfaced.

Relatives of the stranded citizens have reached out to the Indian government, urging them to arrange special flights to bring back the Indian nationals stuck in Dubai as soon as possible. The situation remains tense, with the families desperately hoping for timely intervention from authorities to ensure the safe return of their loved ones. Amid the turmoil, efforts are being made to maintain communication between the group and their families, but the prevailing sense of fear and anxiety persists.

Additional reports have surfaced about another couple from Bathinda, Praveen Garg and Neeru Garg, also stranded in Dubai under similar circumstances. Residents have expressed solidarity with the families affected, and there is an increasing concern regarding how long it will take for the government to take concrete actions to ensure the safety and repatriation of these senior citizens amid the ongoing crisis.
