On February 28, the grand 30th edition of Latvia's music recording annual award ceremony, "Zelta Mikrofons," took place at the Olympic Center in Ventspils. This jubilee event witnessed the attendance of emerging talents alongside music legends, alongside producers, composers, and devoted fans of Latvian music. Patrīcija Rubene, the chairperson of the association "Zelta Mikrofons," remarked on the importance of this occasion, stating that the award stands as proof of music being one of the strongest expressions of the Latvian people, which retains its value even in the face of rapid changes.
