On Saturday, November 28, a group was apprehended in Teresina, Brazil, suspected of robbing an app driver. Their capture followed reports to the police indicating that individuals were carrying out assaults while posing as passengers in a vehicle. The Military Police of Piauí acted on these tips, resulting in the discovery of the described car and the eventual pursuit of the suspects involved, highlighting a proactive approach to street crime by local authorities.

During the police operation, when the officers approached the vehicle, the suspects abandoned it and attempted to flee on foot. One of the suspects, identified by the initials J.F.C., was detained at the scene, while others sought refuge in a nearby house in the Satélite neighborhood. Responding quickly, the police entered the premises and apprehended five additional suspects, identified with the initials V.M.P.S., M.V.P.S., N.C.S., R.G.S., and D.H.J., showcasing the effective coordination of police forces in responding to reported crimes.

Upon investigating the abandoned vehicle and the location where the suspects were found, police recovered several pieces of evidence, including cell phones, a homemade firearm, ammunition, and documents belonging to the robbery victim.
