In a heartbreaking incident in Kankor village of Pilibhit's Jahangabad area, a fire broke out in a warehouse, claiming the life of a 55-year-old man identified as Omkar. He was reportedly sleeping inside the warehouse when the fire erupted, quickly engulfing the entire structure and filling it with smoke, which led to his tragic death. The incident has caused immense grief among his family members and local residents.

Initial investigations suggest that the fire may have been caused by a short circuit, although police stated that a thorough investigation is underway to explore all possible causes of the fire. Emergency response teams, including the police and fire brigade, were dispatched to the scene upon receiving reports of the incident.
