The Week of Solidarity with the Church in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which runs from March 1 to 8, is an initiative led by Croatian Caritas under the direction of the Croatian Bishops' Conference. This annual event aims to raise awareness among the Croatian faith community and the general public about their ties to the Church and the Croatian population in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The program has been active for 19 years, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to support the Church and its members in neighboring Bosnia and Herzegovina.

During this week, various activities take place, including a collection of donations that occurs on the third Sunday of Lent. The funds collected are directed toward various projects in Bosnia and Herzegovina in collaboration with Caritas Bosnia and Herzegovina. Over the years, Croatian donors have contributed significantly, helping finance educational, social enterprise, health, and humanitarian projects run by Catholic institutions and organizations. The total financial commitment to these initiatives has reached approximately 4 million euros.
