Landerson de Sousa Alves, an 18-year-old, was fatally shot in the early hours of Saturday (28) in the Tamboril neighborhood of Floriano, located in the southern region of Piauí. According to Lieutenant Colonel Gilson Leite, commander of the 3rd Military Police Battalion of Floriano, Landerson was leaving a reggae party alongside a woman when two men on a motorcycle approached and fired at him multiple times, resulting in his death at the scene.

The assailants fled immediately after the shooting, and as of now, they remain unidentified and have not been arrested. The Civil Police are currently investigating the incident to uncover more details and determine the motive behind the attack. Preliminary information indicates that Landerson had no prior police record and was employed at a supermarket in the city, suggesting that he was an ordinary young man without known affiliations that could lead to such violence.
