Luciano José da Costa, a 17-year-old adolescent, was tragically shot and killed in an incident that took place in front of a municipal school in the Mandacaru neighborhood of João Pessoa on Saturday afternoon. According to the Military Police, the assault began when unidentified suspects in a vehicle fired gunshots at Luciano before continuing to attack him with stones.
