Three education projects from Maranhão, Brazil, have won the state stage of the Transformative Educator Award and will represent the state in the national finals.

Three educational projects from the state of Maranhão, Brazil, have triumphed at the state level of the Transformative Educator Award, organized by the Brazilian Support Service for Micro and Small Enterprises (Sebrae) in collaboration with the Significare Institute and Bett Brasil. The finalists include educators Christiane Praseres Lima Cunha, Karini da Silva Pinto, and Ecleid Maria Bonfim Vieira from São Luís, who have made it to the final in the Transformative Educational Management category.

The winning projects showcased innovative approaches to education, particularly in the areas of Inclusion and Sustainability in Education, Pedagogical Innovation and Active Methodologies, and Transformative Educational Management. Notable winners from the state stage include teachers Lute Rafael de Souza and Evania Maria Ferreira dos Santos, along with the aforementioned pedagogical managers. Their initiatives were recognized for their excellence and impact in transforming educational practices in their respective regions, further enhancing the learning environment for students.
