A tragic explosion occurred on Saturday at a firecracker manufacturing facility in Vetalpalem village, located in the Kakinada district of Andhra Pradesh, causing the deaths of 18 individuals and serious injuries to six more. The state's Home Minister, Vangalapudi Anita, confirmed the fatalities and reported that the explosion was so violent that several bodies were thrown into nearby paddy fields.
