In a live event on Thursday, February 26, host Santiago del Moro revealed which three contestants were saved by audience votes and the five contestants at risk of elimination on Monday, March 2. This season's first nomination gala took place just two days after the contestants entered the house, marking a significant change from previous editions where nominations typically occurred later in the season.

During the nomination process held on Wednesday night, all players had an opportunity to vote for their fellow contestants after participating in a confessional. Following the established voting rules, each contestant was allowed to award two votes to one player and one vote to another. The nominees list was compiled based on the total votes received, resulting in a competitive environment where strategy and social dynamics among the housemates play a crucial role in their survival in the show.

The initial round of nominations saw Carmiña Masi at the top with a total of 31 votes, with other contestants following behind.
