Isuzu Motors, a leading commercial vehicle manufacturer in Japan, has appointed Makihiro Yamaguchi as its new President and CEO, effective April 1. Yamaguchi, who has served as a senior executive officer, takes over from Masatsugu Minami, who will become vice chairman without representative authority.
