Toyota President Changes, Kenta Chika Promoted to CFO, Akio Toyoda Remains Chairman

Toyota has announced that Kenta Chika will be promoted to President and CEO starting April 1, replacing current President Koji Sato, who will take on the role of Vice Chairman, while Akio Toyoda will continue as Chairman.
