Campina Grande's municipal government has announced an extension for the payment of the Urban Land and Building Tax (IPTU) for the year 2026, offering a 10% discount for those who choose to pay in a single installment by March 31. This initiative aims to ease the financial burden on taxpayers by providing them with an opportunity to settle their taxes with a reduced amount. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this offer to ensure timely payment and avoid any penalties.

To facilitate the process, the municipality has implemented a digital system known as "IPTU 100% Digital," where taxpayers can access their payment slips through the official municipal website. In addition to the one-time payment option with a discount, the IPTU can also be paid in up to ten installments through the Pix payment system. For those who prefer in-person services, the payment can be made at designated locations such as the Finance Department or other municipal offices.
