A recent study in Lithuania has shown significant emotional health disparities among cities, emphasizing the need for preventive measures in urban areas with high levels of anxiety and stress.
A study conducted by NSI in June 2025 surveyed over 2,000 Lithuanians aged 18 to 74, aiming to highlight the emotional health disparities across various cities in Lithuania. According to Eglė Laskauskaitė, head of pharmaceutical operations at "Eurovaistinė", emotional well-being is not merely a matter of mood but a systemic indicator of the quality of life. The study's findings show that cities with high rates of poor sleep and chronic stress warrant targeted interventions to improve community health and balance.
